America's Birthday

"I'm Proud To Be An American!"

It's funny and sad to think that I grew up in a time when it was normal to stand together with my classmates and recite the Pledge of Allegiance each morning...and we also practiced cursive hand writing. Now, kids don't get to do either of those. Nonetheless, we are all wearing our red, white, and blue, setting things on fire (grills and fireworks, of course), and remembering all of our brave soldiers (past and present) who fought so we could celebrate this day. What better way to celebrate this weekend than with some American classics?! May everyone have a happy and safe Independence Day and remember those who protect our freedom!
